When you try to open the engine version 1.12 I receive an error.

Error starting the application (0xc0000007b). To exit the application, click “OK”.

Description of my computer
Processor Amd dual core at 3.2 GHz.
RAM 4 GB.
Video card NVIDIA GTX 620 1GB.
Operating system, Windows 10.

Previous versions (namely 4.7.2) worked fine, but there was one mistake he didn’t want to compile C++code.

Looks like you missed to install the VC++ 2015 Redist, you have to install it, is included in the engine folder (Engine folder version) + \Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us
