Photorealistic military training simulator built in Unreal Engine 5 to help Ukrainian Defense Forces improve decision-making, tactical awareness, and survival.
Inspired directly by frontline experience in Ukraine, where most soldiers receive only 6 weeks of training.

Talent Required:
Senior Unreal Engine 5 Developer (3)

Strong Blueprint expertise, including AI (Behavior Trees, Blackboards, AI Controllers, EQS)

Solid C++ skills (extending Blueprint functionality, gameplay systems, optimization)

Able to prototype independently and work inside an early-stage codebase
