I submitted one of my experiences for Epic’s Picks and it was rejected which is totally fine, maybe the experience just isn’t that good right?
What’s bothering me is that YouTube shows the gameplay video was watched for 4 seconds. It’s a private video with only one view (not from me and I only sent the link to Epic). The flyover and trailer videos weren’t watched at all.
If there is genuinely no time to watch a full gameplay round, the logical thing would be to watch the ~20 second trailer to get what the map is about right?
I still believe that I didn’t get a fair chance and the rejections do feel automated to some point. not saying they should accept my experiences but I shouldn’t be left feeling the submission wasn’t even reviewed.
I just want to understand how submissions are actually reviewed.
