hi. i have download and install launcher. but when i tried to login, the launcher says “error. did not get a response. are you connected to the internet ?”
FYI i have open port 80, 443, and 5222 on my firewall. and i’m not using any antivirus that my block the connection.
below i attach the launcher debug and my dxdiag. please dont tell me if my pc didnt get a minimum requirement, because the problems about the port, not the specs.
