The error occurs just moments after the installation begins. Just as it reaches the “downloading DirectX” (which I already have the latest version) part of the installation process.
My system specs are listed bellow:

Hewlett-Packard

8.00 GB RAM (7.45 GB usable)
64-bit Operating System
