After years of using Epic Games and Unreal Engine, I think I’m going to delete everything!
I have been using Epic Games services for years!. collected so many assets! but this is a nightmare for me! I have been trying to change my email for a month through account recovery request! and the support team is telling me to wait and then they close the chat! after 3 days they send another email to wait another 3 days!. BTW I have access to all of my emails.
I will delete my account! then they can investigate if I’m the owner or not!
When you made an Account Recovery Request, you will get this email! but I made ARR 3 days ago, now they are emailing me and telling me to wait again.
edited: hopefully after a long time they accepted my request… ohhh god I’m really tired today.
Yeah epic support doesn’t do anything mine as well stop playing I have been trying for the past 4 years and my account has been stayed disabled and I have provided every information to my account including receipts
Imagine getting a support agent who can’t even tell you which link you need to use to actually talk to someone about your problem, because the link they send you has 20 other links that aren’t even related to your problem… Seriously, ■■■■■■■ useless support. Like it’s ridiculous how anyone thinks that AI is the future when the reason we are in this mess is because of AI in the first place…
