I know this might not be the best place to post but I am having serious issues right now and I can not wait till I get a response from the epic support. The issue I am having is that when I try changing my email for my epic account it should send me a code via email to the email that is associated to it but I have sat here for about 1 hour and still haven’t recieved a code. The reason I am contacting on here is because the epic account I have right now I can login and etc and have 2FA activated but the issue is that it is connected to a gsuite email and only somewhat recently they’ve made it so you can change email but the problem I have been having for ages is actually getting into the email and now that I have access for only 7 DAYS this is not what I need. PLEASE may the EPIC STAFF help me URGENTLY.
