Epic should create a Revit Importer plugin for Revit LT users who cannot install addons.

Revit LT does not allow addons unfortunately but I think it is not too much to ask for Revit LT users to get access to the world of Unreal Engine visualization.

Without the plugin, there should either be an export to datasmith in Revit LT features, which is on the Autodesk side, OR an Unreal Engine .rvt import feature based on the cad to datasmith conversion technology. So after importing, it should work on the same updating and re-importing features of the datasmith addon but based on a .rvt file instead.

On the basis of the existing Autodesk - Epic partnership, I believe this would be a great benefit for most of the small independent architects who use Revit LT.

As of Revit 2023, it is Autodesk that is managing the plugin to export datasmith to Twinmotion and UE. AFAIK there is no plan to make the plugin available for Revit LT.

Thank you making us aware of that need. However there is no plans to support rvt file format import in UE at the moment.

but datasmith is a plugin and for a program like Revit hat we can automate everything using python codes or dynamo, datasmith exporter doesnt work. we can only use it manually but we need a plugin that we can use automatically using codes.
thank you for your attention
