yes, this is going to be a pain in sponsored content. when to meet the IARC, brand requirements and more (something the brands might be bad at or are trying to get around). But can get one sided in how it’s rated and for who. more so when content is related to higher rated media or contain some gambling aspects. then there is “ownership” issues in the future, be it old IP or new IP.
if it was by error and getting flagged, that is one thing, if they will remove the assets or not. Shouldn’t point fingers at others though, unless there is good proof of something that shouldn’t happen.
