I am barely going to put my game on Greenlight to see if it gets approved and i was wondering when are we supposed to fill these out? Before we release the game entirely or after it gets approved?
From what I gather once you get greenlit valve will reach out to you to discuss pricing , release dates and other matters. After that discussion with valve is done , only then you’ll have an actual date and price that you can fill in the form .
Thus the best time would be once you are greenlit and finalised release terms with valve. Also this is just a suggestion I believe epic cares for engine users deeply and would not be harsh in case something goes wrong with the form
