Epic Online Store - I don't have a prerequisite to purchase

I am working to add in game purchases to my project.
So far I have:

  1. Setup offers in the DEV Portal
  2. I have created Access Keys for these offers.
  3. I have setup a Development server / Client Policies

However, when I try a Test purchase of these items using my Credit Card or by redeeming the Access Keys I have generated, I am unable to complete the transaction.

When I try to redeem an Access code, I receive this error message:

Sorry, you do not have a prerequisite to fulfill the redemption code.

When I try to pay with a real credit card, I receive this error message:

Sorry, you don’t have a prerequisite to purchase this pack.

What prerequisites are required to complete transactions in the Epic Marketplace?

Or the Epic Online Subsystems, Epic Online Services, EOS Ecom Interface, Online Subsystem Store Interface etc?

I was able to solve this issue on my own.
The Epic online account I was using for testing did not own the Base Product (The Game Itself) and so I was not allowed to purchase any add-ons for the game.

Be sure to always buy the game before you try to buy add-ons or battle passes etc.

Hi, I have the same issue.
I’ve redeemed the game using redeem code, and try to test iap purchase inside the game.
Klik the item > offer/payment page shows up > click “Place Order” to purchase > the error “Sorry, you don’t have a prerequisite to purchase this pack.” appeared
