Epic Mega Grant form not working well

I’d like to apply for Epic Mega Grant but the website is not functional at the moment, it was working a few days ago.
When we fill the form, when we check:

  • I’m applying for my company
  • I am requesting a particular amount of funding
  • I am requesting AMD Ryzen™ 7 3800X hardware
    it is supposed to open another question but now these questions don’t appear.

Am I on the right channel to point this out?

I am having similar issues…The error that is reported on submission is as follows:

" Invalid value for field ‘globalEmailOptIn’ and value ‘true’"
