Hi anon13,

We had an issue over the weekend that is now fixed. First thing, give downloading it another try.

If it still doesn’t work, follow the instructions here to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).

im still getting the same problem.
Here are the debug logs and the dxdiaglink text

Hi anon13,

The logs you’ve provided don’t appear to show that you tried to install an engine, please could you repeat the steps to did to install an engine, with -debuglogging on the cmdline, and post the log for that run (it should be the newest one).

Thanks

Andrew

i dont know what you mean by debug logging on the cmd line

He means for you to follow the ‘Outside of the Launcher’ instructions in this link I posted above.

i tryed following tghe instructions but there is no appdata folder.
Also my windows is in spanish

It’s hidden by default, you can just type it into the address bar at the top of the Explorer window, or you can turn on hidden folders to browse normally.

Andrew
