Epic Launcher stuck on "Initializing" when adding Fab asset(s) to project.

AppSettings: Version: 20.0.2-0+UE5
Some assets are not getting past “Initializing…” in Launcher when using the “Add to Project” button to add a Fab asset to a project. Also, once stuck on Initializing, the activity cannot be canceled in the download window.

Example for me at the moment is this Tropical Jungle Pack:

Restart of Launcher does not help.
Reboot of machine does not help.
Troubleshooting page is all green checkmark icons.

This asset adds to project fine via the FAB plugin in-engine on same machine.
