I’m trying to install UE4 and hence downloaded the launcher. But after installing launcher opens a dialog saying ‘Downloading’. Its stuck at 5 percent, and it shows the downloading speed at 0Bs. My internet is working fine, I’ve closed my antivirus completely. I’ve tried running the launcher as administrator. Moreover, I’ve also used the commend ‘-http=wininet’. But its still not working. I’m using windows 10, I’ve literally tried all the things listed here.
I’ve also tried to check if my ports were blocked using this site. It gives a error saying ‘connection timed out’ on ports 80 and 5222, I’m not sure if its the reason or not. I have a slow 2mbps connection but it gets things done. I’m so frustrated on this, please help. I’m also attaching my dxdiag and epiclauncher log files:
