Hi - Epic launcher used to work fine on this laptop but it stopped working permanently after I tried to access it once when the home internet was blocked for access to gaiming websites. It now freezes showing a blank desktop screen apparently asking for something to be filled in when I hover the cursor over the middle of the page. Can you help please?

Hi the same thing has even happened to me.
This is what I did#
#uninstall epic launcher
#end unnecessary tasks in task manager
#make sure u have enough hardware requirements
#install again
#see if it runs smooth
#if not
#bo out dated drivers should be kept
#install again keeping the first app you have downloaded in your new pc
#itll defenetily has to work now
