Epic launcher doesn't work

when I open the launcher, I open the screen of unreal engine 4 crash reporter. how do I fix?

I had a similar problem recently, where the engine wouldnt launch. it’d start up then just crash.
I deleted the launcher and engine, downloaded the newest launcher and engine 4.10. try the newest launcher.
also after unistallation of the launcher and engine browse to where they were and delete the folders, not content but the ones located in program files

i did now, nothing to do, same problem. btw i download the old launcher this afternoon. something else to try?

when you uninstalled both launcher and engine. did you delete the program files in C drive.
also did you click uninstall engine from the launcher. try that

Yes, i delete all Before reinstalling. I cant unistall from the launcher,As if he had not completed
