Epic games , self update failed SU-PQR1603

My Epic games launcher crashes after i install the new version , and i get this error “SU-PQR1603” , “i tried to put -SkipBuildPatchPrereq” , reinstall the launcher and reinstall the c++ but not works.
I fixed the error with -SkipBuildPatchPrereq but after a while it stopped working.Help me and sorry for my english.

i fixed this with regedit , the pre epicgames requisites.exe gets a error “Coud not open the key …” And i give the permissions in the regedit , i take a long time , but this works for me .
