Epic Games Launcher works, but launching UE4 dosen't

So, after installing epic games launcher, I install Unreal Engine 4. So when I click the orange launch button.
And then a window will pop up saying it’s initializing, then the project window thing pops up, i try clicking on blank project, but nothing happens, then it crashes. Sometimes the project window dosent even pop up and a crash window pops up.

Here is the crash report: wat the crash - Pastebin.com

Hey ,

Have you tried going to ‘Library’ and verifying your version of the engine? If not, could you please attempt to do that and see if that fixes the issue you’re experiencing?

Once you’ve done that, could you please go to: Epic Games\4.7\Engine\Binaries\Win64 and try to launch ‘UE4Editor.exe’ and see if that opens up for you? This will help us figure out if it’s the launcher causing the issue or if it’s the Editor itself.

If you are still not able to open the Editor after attempting these 2 suggestions, please include your dxdiag. You can obtain your dxdiag by going to the start menu, typing in ‘dxdiag’ in the search field and running the program ‘dxdiag.exe’. Once it’s open, please select the ‘save all information’ button and upload those to your next reply.

Much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply! I’ll try what you said.

Ok, so. I went to [Library][1] , and I clicked launch. Same thing, except this time, when I roll my mouse over the options for the editor, they would highlight. But when I moved my mouse onto the Close, Maximize, and Minimize, it would freeze. So then I started up the editor again, and then tried to choose an option without moving my mouse over the Close buttons, and it wouldn’t even open. So I tried to open it again, and it opened. I chose first person and hit ok. Then it would start loading the project, but it said that I ran out of memory trying to render or something like that.

Hey ,

I’m so glad that you were able to figure out the issue you were experiencing, while I was out of the office. Please let us know if you run into any other troubles within UE4!

Have a great day!
