Epic Games Launcher won't download engine. Why?

I want to download the Unreal Engine 4.7 (the link from my dashboard), but the Epic Games Launcher Install thing won’t download the Engine. Every time I try to re-download the Epic Games Launcher Install (with the same link), the launcher just uninstalls itself. Never has it installed the Engine.

Here is directions on how to install the engine from the Launcher. Follow those steps and let me know if you still have issues.
