Updating, downloading, pending tasks, and even just loading images is all slow. It is like the 24/7 so it can’t be on my end. I have a 25Mbps connection and I get download speeds under 1MB/s all the time. Its really ruining the expierence for me and it draws me away from using Unreal Engine.

I’m sorry you are having this issue. We don’t cap the download speed in any way on our end. If you would like to investigate the issue further, could you please follow the basic troubleshooting steps here first? If you’ve already done so or they don’t help, please follow the instructions in this section of the troubleshooting guide to generate your DXDiag and Debug Logs, then post them here.
