nope, this is not the problem. My DirectX is up to date and my graphics card is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M, so DirectX support 100% with this graphics card.

I don’t mind if you want use desktop remote on pc to see what exactly the problem is.

I’ve escalated this issue and entered it in our database for the developers to take a look at. I or a developer will post back here when we have new information.
I’m still waiting to hear back from the devs on this but can you try this out and see if this possibly fixes your issue? try adding “-OpenGL” to the target path on the shortcut. This command has worked for some users experiencing similar issues to yours.
You should put this trick parameter on troubleshoot.
Glad to hear my hunch was correct! I will definitely add this in to our troubleshoot guide and talk to the devs about the OpenGL command.
