Well since no one wanted to help me solve my problem I managed to solve it myself. For anyone else having this problem, go to finder, select ‘Go to folder’ then type ~/Users/”USERNAME”//Library/Caches and look for the epic games folder, delete it, close and re open the launcher. This solved my problem, the launcher is now running perfectly
My epic games launcher wont load properly it keeps loading like this. I have seen many solutions to this problem for windows computers but nothing for Mac. I have uninstalled and reinstalled epic games launcher, restarted computer, my internet connection is working fine, I have signed out and signed back in again but nothing has worked so far. I am on a macbook pro. anyone know how to solve this??

i tried all the usual cache deletes and this is what worked for me:
sudo /Applications/Epic\ Games\ Launcher.app/Contents/MacOS/EpicGamesLauncher-Mac-Shipping
This is still a problem just 2 days away from 2023. I reinstalled MacOS Ventura and tried it on a few other Macs and this fix got the launcher to open but I still have the problem of Unreal Engine crashing every time I open it. So far I have not been able to start a project in Unreal Engine and I just bought a few VR headsets to start development on. Unreal Engine needs a lot of work.
