I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Could you please provide more information as to the issue you are having? Are you getting any error messages? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and you dxdiag report?
Well, this is strange. I re-downloaded the installer to get you a screenshot and this time I didn’t get the error!
So the issue is resolved, but just in case you might be curious about it, I have attached the dxdiag file as you requested.
