For anyone still having problems with this like i did on Windows 10, i tried everything without avail.
I had Revo Uninstaller pro installed, i could not “run as admin” on the MSI file so i thought i’d try this as a last resort and it actually started installing without a problem!
i tried everything that you guys suggest but it didnt solve my problem i still getting error

Cara, se seu erro ainda está la, basta você fazer o seguinte:
Você clica para instalar, quando aparecer o erro, vá até a area de trabalho, clique com o botão direito e abra com modo administrador, ele não vai aparecer o icone vermelho embaixo e vai começa a atualizar o launcher.
