Epic games launcher error SU-PQR5

So I just reinstalled Epic Games when I tried to open Epic Games Launcher I got a message “The necessary prerequisites have failed to install”
Error code: SU-PQR5

I tried disabling my antivirus-es but there is no difference…
pls help
