Epic Games Launcher Error Codes 2503, 2502

During installation I get two pop up error boxes then the installer stops.
“The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503.”
then
“The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2502.”

I have researched this a lot and tried many fixes, including setting permissions and running the MSI as admin.

When trying to get the log files like the FAQ says, I get another error saying
“Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable.”
The solutions I looked up for that error didn’t work either.

I’m on windows 8 and my user is an Administrator.

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide. Specifically, please follow the steps to generate your installer logs.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.

[Right Click the Start Menu] or [Windows + X] then Press A
input : msiexec /package ‘filename’

There, Problem Solved.
It’s just msi file install permission issues on Win8 Win10 [Sorry My English Sucks]
