strangely after a deletion of all versions, Adding an new engine version will show the latest 5.0.3 instead of 5.0.0. that’s a bug or a wrong operation?

The most recent is 5.1.1.

5.0.3 would be newer than 5.0.0 Afair, you can only install with the hotfix.
