Epic games launcher doesn't open, no errors

I’ve recently downloaded the newest version of epic games launcher(7.2.1 msi), the setup went perfectly no errors. For some reason the when I open the launcher it doesn’t open. I’ve tried running as administrator, no results.

i installed epic games, nut when i try to open it, this happend all the time: Screen capture - 9f37900c583aede3f1222c628845586d - Gyazo . Please help me!
