Hallo i have a little question i hope you can help me:)
Everytime if i start the EGL it comes this Answer: Epic Games Launcher didnt work. At the first time as i had started EGL it works and then i clicked on Ue4 and then it begins with egl didnt work…
i tryed to install EGL again but it still did not work…
I hope you can help me:)

Try the suggestions in this section of the troubleshooting guide.
Is the Launcher displaying an error message or does it just crash? Please include a screenshot if you would like.
If the above suggestions don’t work, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
