Epic Games Launcher Crashes on Startup

Hi all,

Im new to the unreal engine so debugging isnt a option at this moment, I might try and build it later when
I get access to my github, However until then ill describe what I did, I downloaded the Installer, it installed the launcher,
Clicked on the launcher and it said multiple crashes have occured, I check the logs and here is the latest log :

Im running Windows 10 10xxx build, I have the latest AMD Radeon Drivers (Catalyst 14.6),

Any help on getting this thing started would be great :slight_smile:

Could you try uninstalling and then reinstall with the latest installer found on our website?

Hi, I’m having the same kind of issue, except any fresh install, using the last version, does not correct the issue.

It’s also not working for me

4 years later and it’s still not working right.

try using the repair option

I have the same thing just happen to me. I tried everything don’t know what to do?
