Hello, i have the same problem since one month (the last launcher update in fact).
When i fresh install the launcher, i can login and i have the menu where i can select the engine, unreal tournament, ect…, i can go on unreal tournament, it’s ok, but if i select the engine it crashes.
After that, when i launch the launcher, it crashes immediatly after login.
I had this problem on windows 8.1, i was full of hope the update to windows 10 would sove this problem but it still crash on windows 10.
I tested on other computer with windows 8.1 and windows 10 and it’s ok so it must be configuration specific.
I have to say i tried all tips in troubleshooting section without success.
If it can help:
config: Intel I7-4700 HQ, 16 Go Ram, Nvidia 870M, windows 8.1 (or windows 10)
And the log files attached (but it seems to not be complete)
