My launcher crashes upon log in. I put in my credentials and hit sign in and get a crash. I’ve tried also the offline option and that fails as well. I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Is this the first time you’ve tried to install and run the Epic launcher? Based on your logs, the launcher is not being run with admin privileges. Could you please right click on the launcher icon and select “Run as Administrator” and reply back with the results?

I’ve tried a lot of things before I reinstalled the launcher which is the reason the logs are so short. I uploaded new logs having ran it as administrator hopefully this helps.

Sorry I posted that as an answer apologies.
With mine, leaving the launcher open would crash my whole computer after about 10-20 minutes. McAfee also didn’t like the launcher, but updating to 4.10 and the new launcher fixed mine.

I apologize for the delay, but I have an update for you.
Based on the logs you provided we detected a known issue that some users have experienced. This should be resolved by uninstalling the launcher then downloading the latest .msi file from the Unreal Engine website and reinstalling.
If this does not work, please reply back with fresh logs, please.
