Brand new PC , all drivers are up to date , software , installed launcher to install Unreal 5 and receive error code . tried uninstalling and reinstalling . any advice ?

Considering you already have the latest drivers and software installed, it would be a matted of checking versions being used. Your crash report aims to UE4, test by removing all current versions of Unreal for your launcher, and add 5.4 only. Additionally, for your drivers, please make sure that you are using “Developer” drivers, as these have more stable settings for engine work.

thanks for the reply , Weird thing is I never get to the engine install , this happens when the launcher installs so I have no option to install certain versions. I have tried different drivers , completely removing anything remotely related to Epic and reinstalled but it he launcher update that crashes.
