Hi … I have had some issues with the launcher since the seasonal sales started (last December 17th) … The launcher opens normally until the main page appears and then begins to fading strangely and does not allow me to start the games I had downloaded …
I contacted support and nothing has been achieved … I changed all possible settings regarding the program, cleared the cache, uninstalled the program from zero
3 times including the windows logs, updated all drivers, opened the launcher with another account , I opened the launcher using a VPN, prayed for it … Nothing has been achieved so far.
I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H processor with Radeon vega 10 (integrated) and an Nvidia 1660ti, and Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19041)
