Hello, I have reached the final steps regarding the island creator program. When I add the front and back of my ID and want to send it, Epic Games cannot detect the image. When I click on “Front side of the ID card” button written with blue colour and select the file and select the back side of ID too, I send the documents, but nothing happens. I tried different file formats from different browsers and devices, but the situation did not change. Can someone help me ?
