excuse me. i have problem with my epg launcher. when i open it, it just show unreal engine menu. so i cannot find store button or download game from it. i already reisntall the launcher and download different launcher but its still. anyone can help?

Check the settings menu. If the checkbox for “Hide Library” or similiar is checked, uncheck it.
