UE4をインストールしようとしたら

Epic game launcher　セットアップで

「インストーラーにエラーが発生しました」と表示されインストールができません

エラーコードは2503と2502です

インストーラーのバージョンは1.1.50.0

OSは　Windows8.1Pro　64bit　です
