When I open Epic Games Launcher and try to install Unreal Engine 4.10.1. It says Please Wait… Forever. Tried re-installing, disabling firewall, changing target path in launcher properties but still No luck.

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide. Specifically, make sure that the port 5222 is open.
If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.

Thanks for your reply. I solved the problem. I tried those steps you mentioned but in the end all it took was waiting 20-30 mins and the download started. the reason may have been my slow internet connection. Thanks again
