Epic game launcher slow access-no Safe content

hi to everyone.
i’m very desperate. I have a lot of problem with epic game launcher:

  • the launcher take a very very long time to access with my account, like 10/15 minutes and when It has started, there is no safe element that i buy from the market place…
    Can anyone help me ?
    I tried ALL method, from Troubleshooting Launcher Problems to install-reinstall program like 5/6 times…
    I have a Macbook pro with epic game launcher under the same internet connection and everything goes right and it’s very fast to access…
