hello
when I start epic game launcher its downloading then verifying then complete 100% after that start to downloading again verifying then complete 100% in infinity loop , I tried everything below:
Close and restart the launcher and may computer and wait 15min before tray again hundred times
Am not behind a proxy
Am not behind a firewall ( I turned it off )
Try switching My DNS Server
The shared documents is Read/Write and applied to enclosed items

OS X Version 10.11.4 -
Mac Mini 2.3GHz Intel Core i7 -
Memory 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3 -

I don’t quite understand why it related to Paragon. I just want to install UE4 on my Mac which UE specially mentioned it is supporting PC AND MAC. I don’t think the email helped anything.
hello, thank you for reply , here is the update ( am just reply email to Epic game support and still no chance with previous solutions and now am waiting the reply from the developers to solve this issue after I send my full logs )
After reverted the debug log to the support team on 11/May, their only reply was thanked me on 12/May and never heard of them again. This is very disappointing especially the problem remains.
I checked in with the Player Support team. They are updating your ticket with new information now. The bug for your specific error is OPP-5620. This bug is still under assessment by the development staff. In general a ticket will only be updated if additional information can be provided, which is why you have not heard anything in a while. Once more information is available, the ticket will be updated to reflect this.
I know it is months later but for those who stumble upon this I have found a workaround for Mac users (PC can try it too though).
Create a new user for your computer
Sign in to Epic Games website and download the Epic Games Launcher / Installer
Download preferred game (for me it was Fortnite)
SAVE EVERYTHING TO A FLASHDRIVE if you would like to play on your normal user… if not you just have to log in to the other user every time you want to play

since i have the same issue and ive been waiting an answer from epic for 3 weeks i decided to post on the WB website bug. (since my issue was with hogwarts legacy) . maybe try to contact the support from the game tech itself since epic game has a bad response time.
