I am sorry but that’s the extent I can help.
Epic Game Launcher crashes and provides a submit an “error and restart” option even restarting the ue4 engine leading to information loss .Please help as this happens and the computer freezes too . But, not always .

Mine is a low spec pc .Is that the issue.
