Why it is against TOS to use megascans content for AI training? this seems quite difficult to enforce and I can’t see a reason why a user paying for a production license for the service shouldn’t be allowed to use it in this case.

Maybe ask yourself - would you want the graphics that are earning you a living to suddenly start being used by AI which people can then use for free?
