Environment Query System question

Not sure this is the correct section on the forum, not sure what section AI comes under…

A very quick question about EQS after reading through the documentation. Do you need a navmesh to use EQS? I’m making a space simmy game so I’m not using a navmesh, just wondering if I should just make my own querying system and forget about EQS?


No, I just tested it.
You can use EQS without a nav mesh, and use move directly to in BT to move it.
