Environment artist needed

Hello again beautiful unreal people,

for those that do not know we are a project called Escalation 1985, and are currently looking for a foliage artist/environment artist, but if your skill set lies in other areas feel free to apply anyway.

We are currently in very late prototype stage and are looking for developers to finish it and show it to potential investors the next couple of months.

Escalation 1985 is a stand alone, authentic, online multiplayer first person shooter. Featuring a wide variety of period authentic weapons and vehicles, large maps, and focusing on teamwork, communication, dynamic and emergent gameplay.

Escalation 1985 depicts what World War 3 would really have been like if the cold war had gone hot in 1985. With the help of the Unreal 4 engine, Escalation 1985 aims for high visual fidelity using highly detailed and accurate models and the latest in material, lighting and effects techniques with the aim to bring the player a truly immersive experience.

The game is centered around mechanised infantry and tanks. These vehicles will transport and spawn players on the battlefield. The players are divided in two 50 players team which are again divided into squads lead by Squad Leaders. Tanks are organised into platoons that are led by the Tank Platoon Commanders with each Tank being crewed by a tank commander, driver and gunner. Compensation: Compensation is currently rev-share and the amount of royalties depends on the amount and the importance of the work you put in, your time will be tracked through vsts.

What we are looking for is an artist who has a good grasp of creating foliage, trees, shrubbery and grass, has a good understanding of shapes and how to translate them into a game world, and most importantly someone who has excellent knowledge of optimization of foliage assets i.e. minimizing overdraw.
