Entered wrong name on tax interview

hi there, i made a mistake and entered the wrong name when filling out my tax interview for the island creator program and it got verified, now i cant complete enrollment because i cant verify payee as the info wont match, when i go to the continue enrollment page there is a button to retake tax interview but i cannot press it as it is greyed out, what am i supposed to do here? i contacted epic support but no replies and seems nothing is being done at the moment, I just need to change the name on a form, how hard does it have to be? please any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

i haven’t heard a single response from epic or any employees about my issue is this normal? I could just be spending multiple hours a day give or take, sometimes too many creating maps without the ability to even publish them, should i stop? am i wasting my time? i don’t know what to do and i think about it everyday and keep checking but nothing, it’s the waiting around not knowing that’s killing me.

I have also been having the same issue, since creative 2.0 came out and I applied to be a creator I filled in the wrong tax info somehow for my LLC. Ever since then I havent been able to click on the “retake tax interview” button because there’s a flaw on the website and it stays grayed out.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I was eventually able to fix my issues, it took quite a while, almost 1 month and what i basically did was contact creator support, it’s best if you can get lucky and are able to speak to someone directly through live chat but if not just write your issue in detail, select the options that apply to your issue and send the support request and check back atleast once a day, this can be super frustrating as it can sometimes take days for responses but i kept creating support requests and one day i managed to speak to support live, i was able to upgrade my request and we opened an email support channel i guess, to look into the problem further, eventually after weeks and stress and almost giving up i was emailed by a specialist on the matter who was able to fix the greyed out button to allow me to retake my tax interview. I would suggest explaining the matter in detail and emphasising the greyed out button and what mistake you made and how you need it fixed, this could honestly take quite a while so i would say try not to stress out as much as i did, i hope this helps ease your mind and maybe be the solution to the problems your having and again please don’t worry aslong as you email support and keep on top of it you will be seen and heard.
