Ensure condition failed: MovieSceneSequence - in WinMain

Getting this error whenever a new level is loaded. Only happens in packaged builds. Breakpoint is triggered in WinMain. Anyone know why this might be happening?

A breakpoint instruction (__debugbreak() statement or a similar call) was executed in DFMR-Win64-DebugGame.exe.

I don’t know what specifically caused this, but updating to 5.4 stopped the error from popping up.
