Enhanced Input – Newly created Input Actions don’t show up in Debug, but older ones still work

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Enhanced Input. All my older Input Actions (A, W, S, D, etc.) work normally, but any new IA I create (for example: IA_ToggleAction) no longer appear in ShowDebug EnhancedInput and they don’t trigger in-game.

I already added them to the Input Mapping Context and tried restarting the editor, but nothing changes.

Does anyone know why older Input Actions still work, but newly created ones are completely ignored?
Is there something I might be missing (caching, context priority, input subsystem, or project settings)?
