Enhanced Input blocks controller yaw input when walking and holding a random unbound or bound key

Even in the third person template if you make camera arm length shorter and hold left shift while walking and turn camera to left and right you can see the issue

So, after being struggling for about a week I just restarted my PC and it fixed the bug, I think that was because my pc had been up for about a month.
I could not find out sooner because I had just upgraded mu project to 5.1 and I though that was the problem
