Engrams Disapearing on Server Restart

So I have made a custom Smithy, Fabricator, Chem bench and Mortar and Pestle. For some reason when people have them placed in their game, when they restart there server it comes back up and they are missing a decent ammount of engrams. Anyone got any idea why? Here is how i have my graph set up on these items. ( Had to graph to add in custom resources working correctly with spark powder, gunpowder ,etc.)

Fabricator

Not sure why this would not work - it looks correct - but I am using remapped structures because I need them anyway.
You should check out the modding discord, I’m pretty sure someone there is using that way and can help you!
